Building Future-Ready Talent Through AI Awareness!
We successfully delivered an AI Awareness Session at Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai, as part of a Government initiative aimed at introducing school and college students to future-ready digital and AI capabilities.
The session brought together students and educators, enabling meaningful conversations around AI literacy, responsible adoption, and career pathways in an AI-driven world. The strong engagement reinforces the need for structured, scalable AI awareness at the grassroots level.
This initiative marks an important step in expanding our engagement across schools and higher education institutions, while supporting India’s broader digital and AI skilling agenda.
How are institutions in your ecosystem building AI awareness today?
We’d value hearing your perspectives.

For many years, leadership progression has been shaped by sustained effort, consistent delivery, and long-term contribution.
As organisations evolve, leadership today operates within a more complex, visible, and interconnected context.
Earlier leadership expectations often emphasised:
-Effort and reliability
-Loyalty and continuity
-Visibility through endurance
-Progression through tenure
The 2026 leadership context increasingly values:
-Clear strategic value
-Visibility in decision-making forums
-Reciprocal alliances
-Influence that builds over time
The outcome is not about doing more, but about operating differently.
This shift reflects how organisations are changing, not a question of individual capability.
Yet, much leadership development still reflects earlier assumptions.
ASCEND is designed for the current leadership context.
This International Women’s Day 2026, Regenesys Corporate Education is launching ASCEND, a 2-day immersive leadership programme, delivered as custom cohorts for organisations, designed for women leaders in high-visibility, high-stakes corporate roles.
7–8 March 2026
If you’re an L&D, HR, or Business Leader reviewing how women leadership pipelines are evolving within your organisation, we welcome the conversation.

Let’s talk about what’s really happening to women leaders in organisations.
The Invisible Leader Paradox
Across organisations, we consistently see women leaders who:
-Deliver strong results but remain invisible in strategic conversations
-Build relationships that don’t translate into influence
-Put forward high-quality ideas that don’t gain executive traction
-Work at full capacity while progression stalls
This isn’t a confidence gap.
And it isn’t a capability issue.
It’s a misalignment between how leadership actually works today and how leaders are still being developed and assessed.
Many women leaders are still rewarded for:
-Reliability over visibility
-Ex*****on over influence
-Availability over strategic impact
But senior leadership today increasingly requires:
-Strategic visibility
-Reciprocal influence
-Presence in high-stakes decision moments
Women leaders aren’t broken.
The leadership model is outdated.
That’s the shift the EIGHTFOLD Leadership Program is designed to enable at both an individual and organisational level.
This International Women’s Day 2026, we’re launching ASCEND, a 2-day immersive leadership programme delivered as custom cohorts for organisations, designed for women leaders in high-visibility, high-stakes corporate roles.

Nation-building is not only about infrastructure or growth.
It is about people and their capability to lead, decide, and act responsibly.
This Republic Day, we reflect on the role of education and leadership in strengthening India’s future. When people grow capable, organisations become resilient, and nations grow stronger.
At Regenesys Corporate Education, we remain committed to building future-ready capability across leaders, institutions, and industries, grounded in purpose and impact.
Happy Republic Day!
Building capability. Strengthening the nation.

Most leadership development upgrades skills.
Very few redesign how power, influence, and visibility actually work.
The leadership context has shifted.
AI is reshaping decisions.
Hybrid work is redefining influence.
Organisations are flatter, yet power dynamics remain complex.
Yet, many Women’s Day programmes still stop at motivation, when what’s needed is a new leadership operating system.
This Women’s Day, we’re doing something different.
Not celebration. Elevation.
Not motivation. Transformation.
Not one day. A leadership journey.
