Terna Engineering College operates as an autonomous institute affiliated to the University of Mumbai, a status granted after UGC review of academics, infrastructure and governance.

For students, the practical difference is curriculum control. Course content is set and revised by Terna's own academic board with industry input, examinations are conducted in-house, and results are declared on our own calendar. The degree is awarded by the University of Mumbai.

Admissions for the 2026-27 academic year are now open.

MESA hosted the Certificate Distribution Ceremony for students who completed the Bajaj Training Program. Industry training like this bridges the gap between classroom theory and shop-floor reality, and these certificates are proof of the hours our students put in.

The E-Cell felicitated the winners of the Idea of Impact competition, with Team E-Braille taking the Winner's title for their innovative and impactful idea. Congratulations also to the First and Second Runners-up for making the competition a tough one to judge.

The Robotics Club is officially open at Terna Engineering College.
