STEP 1 - Talent Bridge UGC-AICTE approved ASBS-MBA program in the state of the art infrastructures in Mumbai - Pune with training-development and placement centric focus. In this Talent Bridge ASBS-MBA student has an option to opt for certain Domains too to ensure 100% management grade employment just after their MBA in the 25-40 K CTC per month. STEP 2 - The ASBS-MBA needs and so does the top 25 Indian B-School pass out needs annual retooling with Akademia. According to a research done by The HINDU business line we have found that the employability of management graduates in India has declined in the past five years, only 21 percent of MBAs surveyed are 'employable', the study has stated.
According to the MBAUniverse.com - MeriTrac employability study 2012, which covered 2264 MBA from 29 cities and 100 B-Schools, beyond the top 25, only 21 percent are employable. The previous study of 2007 by MeriTrac has placed employability index at 25 percent. However, the number of MBA seats in India has grown almost four fold from 94,704 in 2006-07 to 3,52,571 in 2011-12 resulting in a five-year compounded annual growth rate of 30 percent, but their employability rates have fallen, the study said.

The Background research: A few facts that a potential MBA in this country should know before they choose to secure their seat in a Indian B-school.

FACT 1 : Fresh MBAs from even a Premier B-school like an IIM in such a fiercely competitive corporate environment. In addition though the Indian B-school Graduate is as talented as his counterpart MBA from the western World, it is observed that most top management positions in the Fortune 500 companies are occupied by MBAs of non Indian origin baring a few exceptions like Mr. Pandit Global CEO of Citibank and a few handful of them.

FACT 2 : The top 25 Indian B-schools that includes the top 6 IIMs (A,B,C,L,I,K), SPJIMR,XLRI,JBIMS,FMS, the next 7 IIMs(Trichi, Shillong, Raipur Kashipur),TAPMI, MDI, SIBM, NMIMS, SCMHRD, XIM, MICA, IIFT have an intake profile of 75% plus students as Engineering students from IIT's, NIT's, BITS, etc. with average experience of 3 years plus and extremely sound in Math and English . These Indian B-schools unfortunately use CAT/CMAT as a tool of eliminating students and to qualify the CAT or CMAT one needs to be extremely good in math and English to have a 1% chance for the Fresh Engineering student.

FACT 3 : Our assessment tells us that more than 92% middle and senior management positions in top Indian Corporates are occupied by Engineer (IIT/NIT/BITS etc. plus MBAs and it is observed that the fresh engineering graduates plus MBAs struggle to make it big in the corporate world.

FACT 4 : 99 % Indian students who secure admission in the Ivy League B-schools like Harvard, Stanford, Kellogg, LBS, Insead and others are predominantly students with Engineering Graduates or with professional qualifications like CA-MBBS-CS-ICWA or MBAs from 25 Indian B-schools.
