An Enriching Teacher’s Workshop on 21st-Century Core Skills was conducted on 27th January 2026.
We had the privilege of an engaging and thought-provoking session with Mrs. Usha Mani, a National Awardee, veteran educator, and founder of ParenTeen Bond, whose work is deeply rooted in values of empathy, reflection, inclusive education, and lifelong learning. With over four decades of experience, she continues to inspire educators to lead with purpose, compassion, and clarity.
The workshop focused on the 4 Cs of 21st-century learning—Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving, and Creativity—and encouraged teachers to adopt the 3R philosophy: Repeat — Stop & listen, seek to understand, Reflect and Redirect
The session inspired teachers to be like a traffic signal—guiding, pausing, and directing learning with purpose. With a strong emphasis on self-evaluation and reflection, it was a truly enriching experience marked by collaboration, renewed perspectives, and meaningful learning.
