From Kindergarten to Matriculation – A Journey of a Lifetime

We walk into school on our very first day, tiny shoes squeaking against the floor, holding tight to a parent’s hand, wide-eyed, curious, and clueless. Our bags are heavier than our worries, and our uniforms are still a size too big. We didn’t know then that this place would become our second home for the next many years.

From learning to hold a pencil in kindergarten to solving algebra in high school, school is where we face the many phases of life. We learn the alphabet and, eventually, the language of resilience. We cry on the first day, we laugh on countless other days. We fall, we rise. We win some trophies, we lose some battles. We make friends who become family, and we meet teachers who become guides for life.

There are days we wish would never end — like Sports Day, Annual Day, and school picnics. And then there are days that test our patience, our strength, and our willpower — exams, heartbreaks, misunderstandings. But we grow through it all. Every day, every challenge, every small achievement adds a brick to the foundation of the person we are becoming.

When we reach matriculation, we don’t just walk out with report cards — we walk out with memories stitched into our hearts. We carry laughter from the corridors, secrets whispered in classrooms, lessons that went beyond textbooks, and friendships that time cannot erase.

We entered this school with blank slates, and we leave with stories — stories of growth, of grit, of gratitude.
