Delegates,

I wish you all the best for your conference tomorrow. However there are few points I’d like to state:

1.You are allowed to bring mobile phones, laptops and tablets.

2.You can also read out content or your speeches from your devices or paper.

3.The responsibility of keeping your possessions safe is completely yours. The Organizing Committee or the school can’t be held responsible for any loss or theft or unforeseeable events.

4.The use of internet is subject to discretion of your respective committee chair.

5.Lunch will not be provided. You are requested to arrange for your own lunches.

6.Delegates must report to the reception between 0745-0800 where they will receive their ID Cards and be directed to their respective committee venues.

7.Kindly ensure that decorum is maintained throughout the session, you’ll be representing the allotted countries, so ensure that your behaviour is the same as that of an international representative.

8.The chair reserves the right to admission at any point of time during the conference.
