Believing in Self is critical for our growth in all areas of our life. It works as a store house of energy , enthusiasm and being unstoppable.

In personal life, self-confidence is a prerequisite for taking massive action. You need to believe in yourself – in your abilities, skills and passions – to take the leap into any aspiration. Believing in yourself and self-confidence lets you manage yourself and also inspire others with assurance and direction.

When you think of it this way, answering the question, “Why is it important to believe in yourself?” is easy: Learning how to believe in yourself is critical to creating the life you desire.

Self-belief requires a holistic strategy. You must take control of your thoughts and feelings so you’re able to reach your peak state. It also entails building up confidence in your abilities as well as falling in love with yourself – the parts of your personality, perspective and experience that make you uniquely you.

You can never find happiness if your ego controls your life. It is an endless chase to nowhere that will leave you angry, hurt, and unfulfilled.

Let go of your ego. Find happiness. Find peace.

Eckhart Tolle defines ego as the dysfunctional relationship with the present moment. In relationships, it can manifest when you think you are "right" and others are “wrong” and choose “being right” over the relationship or even your own happiness.

It also manifests when you feel better about yourself when you criticize others, you have to win the argument, you constantly compare yourself to others, you feel jealous when others do well, you'd rather win than be your best, you set impossible goals and then beat yourself up when you don't reach them, you blame others when things don't go your way.

How to make peace with your feelings of dissociation and aloofness for someone whom you have been close to all your life.

During this pandemic I came across many people who said that they experienced a very unbelievable and distant behaviour and saw true colours of those whom they thought to be their well wishers and who would stand by them in all times.

Such feelings of dissociation makes people go through heartbreaks and builds in lot of discomfort and awfulness.

How to overcome such a situation and move on?

~ how willing you are to step out from the darkness of the unconscious into the light of conscious awareness.
~ Be patient with yourself
~ Let go of self-criticism and unconscious judgements.
~Talk kindly to yourself.
