Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Center Managers and Telecallers at our Mumbai Western Suburbs location. Center Managers will oversee daily center operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth running of coaching sessions. Telecallers will be responsible for communicating with potential and current students, providing information about our courses, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for Telecallers
Excellent organizational and managerial skills for Center Managers
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and telecommunication tools
Prior experience in the education sector is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields
