We are proud to present you our second keynote speaker for Avion 2021, An IT and e-business expert, a professor, an angel investor and a startup mentor, Dr. Dhruv Nath. He is currently the Director of Lead Angels Network. In the past, he was Senior Vice President with NIIT and a Professor at MDI Gurgaon.

He has worked on various projects with Apollo Hospitals, Gillette, Raymond, Air India, and many others. Apart from this, he has worked with the Chief Minister of Delhi and Prime Minister of Namibia on e-governance workshops and consulting.

Dr. Dhruv Nath’s books "The Nuts and Bolts of E-commerce” and “The Nuts and Bolts of CRM” focus on simplifying IT technologies for managers and published by Tata McGraw Hill.

We are proud to present to you our first keynote speaker for Avion 2021, Mr. Ronald Sequeira. He is currently the Managing director and founding CEO of Anrontt. He is also the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Samara capital.

An HR head with extensive experience, his career is marked by several significant achievements in the areas of performance management, change management, total quality management, employee relations, and organizational restructuring.

He was also the Executive Director and board member of GlaxoSmithKline pharma. He also works on boards of other companies.

Mr Ronald is currently a member of the National Committee for Employee Relations and has previously been the chairman of the Western Region HR committee of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry – 2009 - 2011). He is also on the board of studies of NMIMS.
