We are happy to inform you that VART Research, Mumbai is organizing three days of national-level online training on Data Analysis on “NSS 75th Round (Health Data): Hands-on practice” with STATA software.
This training is for Graduates/Masters, M.Phil. & Ph. D. scholars, Faculties, Researchers working in colleges/institutions/universities/organizations, NGOs & Independent researchers who are working or wish to work with NSS health data in their research work.
The training program aims to bring together students, faculties, researchers, and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of using NSS 75th-round health data.
The expected outcome of the training program is to:
- Understand how to extract NSS health data to STATA (Step by Step method)
- How to generate weight, multiplier, and complex variables from NSS data
- Knowledge about the development of the required indicators for research using STATA software
- Understanding of NSS data analysis for an innovative research idea

Relevance of the Workshop: The learnings of the workshop can be effectively utilized for data management and data analysis work using MS Excel and can be used in research and professional work.

Five days (19-23 January 2023) of online training on "Advanced Data Analysis & Modeling using SPSS Software".

The program is intended to strengthen scholars, researchers, and faculties in SPSS data analysis skills by providing a blend of conceptual learning and hands-on practical sessions using large-scale data like the NFHS survey data using SPSS. These analytical skills will help researchers in their research and professional work in quantitative data analysis.

The expected outcome of the training program is to :
- Understand how to analyze large-scale data in SPSS
- Knowledge about basic to advance level statistical modeling and how to deal with statistical software like SPSS
