As part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, students and members of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), Department of Management Studies, Navi Mumbai, came together to take a meaningful pledge against substance abuse.

Diksharambh 2026–27 began with an important reminder: what we eat shapes how we think, feel and perform.

Dr. Shirin Inamdar engaged our freshers in an insightful session on mindful eating, hydration, healthy food choices and the connection between nutrition and mental well-being.

From skipping breakfast to junk food, screen habits and misleading food advertisements, students learned to make more informed choices for a healthier future.
