Best performances are obtained when the staff members are happy and contented.

The management of The D Y Patil School of Management, CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai, organized a ‘get together’ for all its staff members on 14.2.2024, Wednesday, at a resort at Karjat.
The get together was a massive hit with the staff members.
Prof. Dr. Gagandeep Nagra, Dean of Academics said “ Such gatherings promotes and enhances teamwork and collaboration among colleagues, ultimately contributing to a better workplace. It fosters meaningful bonds and leads to a rejuvenation of the spirit of working together”
Prof. Dr Vani Kamath said “ The get togethers enhances the team spirit of the staff and increases the productivity. It improves the interpersonal relationships amongst the teaching and / or non teaching staff. One day away from work is essential for the physical and mental health of an individual and works best as stress buster.”
Prof. Sarika Punekar one of the younger faculty members said” This get together provided a break from the everyday activities and made everyone happy.
Every staff member spent quality time with the other staff members and showcasing some of their hidden talents.
The get together created a positive energy amongst all the staff members which will all of us stay motivated”

Prof. Dr.R. Gopal - Director, D Y Patil deemed to be University, School of Management, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, was the Chief guest at the Rotary Club of Navi Mumbai - Jewels where he delivered a talk on “Excellence to Genius” - the Evolutionary Journey.
More than 40 Rotarians attended the session.
Additionally, there were Rotarians from other zones also.

The 2nd Advisory Board Meeting for core subjects of Management of the D Y Patil University School of Management, (DYPUSM), CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai was held on Saturday 3rd February 2024.
The meeting was held at the school of Management’s board room at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Ms Gagandeep Nagra - Dean of Academics, DYPUSM presented the school progress and issues for discussion.
Several suggestions were received to take the school to the next level.
