Anti-Narcotics Awareness Workshop at Ryan International School, Sanpada

Ryan International School, Sanpada, organized an Anti-Narcotics Awareness Workshop to educate students about the harmful effects of drug abuse. The session was conducted by Anti-Narcotics officials, who aimed to spread awareness among students about the serious consequences of drug addiction and its impact on individuals, families, and society as a whole.
During the workshop, the officials explained the different types of narcotic substances, how young people may unknowingly fall into the trap of drugs, and the physical, psychological, and social damage caused by substance abuse. They emphasized that drug addiction not only harms the health of individuals but also destroys relationships, careers, and the future of young people.
The officials also discussed the legal consequences of drug possession and trafficking, highlighting the strict laws against narcotics in India. Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, students were encouraged to make responsible choices and stay away from harmful influences.
The workshop aimed to empower students with knowledge, awareness, and the courage to say “No” to drugs. It also stressed the importance of building a healthy lifestyle, choosing positive friendships, and seeking help from parents, teachers, or counselors if faced with such situations.

The celebration aimed to honour the rich heritage of the Marathi language and to pay tribute to the legendary poet Vishnu Vaman Shirwadkar (Kusumagraj), in whose memory the day is observed across Maharashtra.

The program commenced on a solemn note with the Lord’s Prayer, seeking God’s blessings for the success of the event. This was followed by a meaningful Bible Reading, spreading a message of wisdom, love and unity. The gathering then joined in a Special Prayer, praying for harmony, knowledge and respect for all languages and cultures. Melodious Prayer Songs uplifted the spirit of the audience and created a serene atmosphere.

The formal segment began with a warm Welcome Speech, where the host greeted the esteemed Principal, teachers, honourable guest, and dear students. The importance of celebrating Marathi Rajbhasha Diwas and preserving regional languages was highlighted. A powerful Marathi Rajbhasha Diwas Speech was delivered by students, showcasing the beauty, history, and significance of the Marathi language. The speech also highlighted Maharashtra’s rich literary traditions and encouraged everyone to use and promote Marathi in daily life. The cultural segment brought the stage alive with vibrant performances. The traditional Koli Dance, representing the lively fishing community of Maharashtra, enthralled the audience with its rhythmic movements and colourful costumes. The graceful Lavani Dance added charm and elegance to the celebration, reflecting the folk traditions of the state. The energetic Lezim Dance, performed with enthusiasm and coordination, filled the atmosphere with excitement and patriotic fervor.

The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the management, principal, teachers, guest and students for their valuable contributions. The gathering united once again for the Closing Chorus, celebrating unity in diversity. The program ended on a patriotic note with the National Anthem, leaving everyone with a sense of pride, unity and cultural appreciation.

The Marathi Diwas celebration at Ryan International School, Sanpada was truly a memorable occasion that reflected respect for tradition, love for language, and the vibrant cultural spirit of Maharashtra.

Managing Director Madam's Birthday Celebration at Ryan International School Sanpada

Ryan International School Sanpada celebrated the birthday of our esteemed Managing Director with a special assembly. The Celebration commenced with the Lord's Prayer, followed by Scripture Reading and a Special Prayer.

The students danced gracefully on prayer songs, acknowledging the Lord for his goodness.

The Montessori students sang a delightful birthday song, extending warm wishes to Managing Director Madam.

This was followed by the thought for the day and its explanation, the news informed about the significance of the day, Indian pledge, a patriotic song, and Oath given by our Chairman Sir.

In her address, the Principal extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Managing Director Madam, lauding her vision and dedication to the school's growth.

The event culminated with a closing chorus by Primary students followed by the School Anthem and the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with joy and festivity.

The Graduation Day Ceremony for the academic year 2025–26 was celebrated with great pride and joy at Ryan International School, Sanpada on 14th February 2026. The occasion marked an important milestone in the lives of our young graduates as they prepared to step into a new academic phase. This year’s celebration was even more special as the institution proudly commemorated 50 glorious years of excellence, rejoicing together as one big Ryan Family dedicated to holistic education and strong values.

The programme began on a solemn note with the Lord’s Prayer, Bible Reading, and a Special Prayer, invoking God’s blessings. The choir’s prayer songs created a serene atmosphere. The presence of our esteemed guests, Dr. Raunak Satia and Mrs. Swarnlata Dhiman, added grace to the occasion. Their encouraging words motivated the students and appreciated the collective efforts of the school community.

The students warmly welcomed the dignitaries, parents and everyone present. The cultural segment featured vibrant dance performances and melodious choir presentations by the Montessori and Primary students, showcasing confidence, talent, and joyful enthusiasm. The Ryan Achiever’s Awards of Montessori recognised students for excellence and overall performance, while the crowning of the Ryan Prince and Princess added charm to the celebration.

The highlight of the day was the Graduation Ceremony. Dressed in robes and caps, the young graduates proudly marched ahead, symbolising achievement and readiness for new beginnings. The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, Principal's address, followed by the School Anthem and the National Anthem. Graduation Day 2025–26 was a memorable celebration of achievement, gratitude, and the enduring legacy of 50 remarkable years of the Ryan Family.

Trip to KidZania

The students of Std I to VIII of Ryan International School, Sanpada enjoyed a fun-filled and educational picnic to KidZania on 10th February, 2026, an interactive learning city designed especially for children. The trip was thoughtfully organized to provide students with a perfect blend of recreation and experiential learning beyond the classroom.

From the moment they entered the vibrant kid-sized city, the children were thrilled to explore various role-play activities. Dressed as doctors, chefs, firefighters, pilots, radio jockeys, and engineers, the students stepped into the shoes of professionals and experienced how the real world works. Through these hands-on activities, they learned the value of teamwork, responsibility, decision-making, and money management in a fun and engaging way.

The young firefighters bravely put out mock fires, little chefs prepared delicious treats, while budding doctors treated their ‘patients’ with care. Each activity encouraged confidence, creativity, and practical knowledge beyond the classroom.

Apart from the learning zones, the day was filled with joyful moments — sharing snacks, clicking pictures with friends, laughing together, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. The excitement on their faces said it all!

The picnic to KidZania truly proved that learning can happen everywhere. It was a perfect blend of fun, exploration, and experiential learning. The students returned home happy, carrying stories, smiles, and unforgettable memories of a wonderful day.

Internship Program at The Oberoi – A Step Towards Human Resource Development

Under the dynamic vision of our respected Chairman Sir Dr. A. F. Pinto and our esteemed Managing Director Dr. (Mrs.) Grace Pinto, Ryan International School, Sanpada continues to provide enriching opportunities that nurture holistic development. Keeping the vision of “Human Resource Development” alive, our students had the privilege of attending an internship program at the prestigious The Oberoi.

This internship proved to be an eye-opening and transformative experience for our students. They were introduced to the world of hotel management and gained first-hand exposure to the functioning of a five-star luxury hotel.

Students observed how different departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Management coordinate seamlessly to ensure smooth functioning. They learned the importance of teamwork, punctuality, and professional communication.

The interns witnessed how guest satisfaction is the top priority in the hospitality industry. They understood the significance of courtesy, grooming standards, body language, and problem-solving skills in delivering world-class service.

Beyond the glamour of hospitality, students explored the planning, coordination, inventory management, hygiene standards, and safety protocols maintained behind the scenes.

The hotel professionals guided students on how leadership, discipline, and effective time management contribute to organizational success.

Manshee Jadhav secured Gold Medal in 800 metres and Gold Medal in 1500 metres, showcasing remarkable stamina and consistent performance on the track.

Aditya Repale won Bronze Medal in 1500 metres and Bronze Medal in 400 metres, demonstrating commendable speed and endurance.

Arnav Khandge achieved Bronze Medal in High Jump, reflecting his strength, technique, and focused training.
