कला क्षेत्र आज ही निकामी समजलं जातं असताना अश्या होतकरू आणि जवाबदार शिक्षकांना टिकून ठेवणं ही काळाची गरज आहे....
अश्या भ्रष्ट संस्था आणि संस्था चालक हे फक्त त्याच शिक्षण संस्थेचं नुकसान करत नाही तर संपूर्ण शिक्षण वेवस्थेचं नुकसान करता त्या मुळे अश्या भ्रष्ट संस्था आणि संस्था चालक ह्या वर माननीय मुख्य मंत्री, शिक्षण मंत्री ह्यांनी लक्ष द्यावं. अन्यथा ही कित्ती तरी विद्यार्थ्यांचे नुकसान होईल.
सद्याच झालेली ही घटना आहे , के के वाघ शिक्षण संस्थान मधे प्रा. शैलेंद्र गौतम सर ह्या सोबत जे काही झाले , त्यांना जॉब वरुण कोनतही कारण न देता त्यांना काढून टाकण्यात आला आहे. 2009 पासुन ते " के के वाघ कॉलेज ऑफ फाईन आर्ट "मधे ते मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षक म्हणून रुजू झाले होते, इतक्या वर्षाच्या कालखंडात त्यांनी खुप सारे विद्यार्थी घडावले आणि घडावंत आहेत. तसेच त्याना मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षक म्हणून जो पगर असतो तो सुद्धा देण्यात अलेला नाही, तसेच त्यांची मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षकांची जी ऑर्डर आली होती ती सुद्धा दाबून ठेवण्या आली होती, ही खूप लाजिरवाणी गोष्ट आहे आणि जेव्हा ते आपल्यावर होणाऱ्या अन्यायाची दाद मागायला शिक्षण संस्थाना जाब विचारण्या साठी गेले तर त्यांना कामावरुन काढुन टाकण्यात आल, ही खूप वाईट गोष्ट आहे. ह्यातून हे समजत की त्यांच्या मिळणाऱ्या पगारात सुद्धा त्यांनी अपहार तफर केलेली दिसून येते. या मुळे के के वाघ संस्थानचे प्रो. शैलेंद्र गौतम सर ह्या सोबत झालेल्या अन्यायाला वाचा फुटायला पाहिजे त्यांच्यावर झालेला अन्याय हा दूर झालाच पाहिजे .
आधी सुद्धा मी के के वा वाघ शिक्षण संस्थान मधे झालेल्या कॉलेज फी चा १०१४-१५ साली मी प्रश्न मांडला होता . विद्यार्थी ना मिळणाऱ्या फ्रीशिप व स्कॉलरशिप चा मी प्रश्न उघाड केला होता ह्यामधे सुधा खुप हया संथेने अफरातफर केली होती. ह्या सर्वातून हे समजते की के के वाघ शिक्षण संस्थेमधे खुप पैशांच्या बाबतीत भोगल कारभार दिसत आहे.
आता जो काही प्रो. शैलेंद्र गौतम सर ह्यच्यावर जो काहि अन्याय झाला आहे तो दूर झाला पाहिजे आणि त्यांना योग्य तो न्याय मिळाला पाहिजे.
