Oakwoods Universal Preschool conducted an engaging Jolly Phonics Workshop to help parents understand the phonics program and support their child's early literacy development at home.

Being Indian Day was celebrated with great pride and enthusiasm by our Sr. KG students. Dressed in beautiful traditional attire, our young learners represented the rich culture and diverse states of India with confidence and joy. 🇮🇳✨
Students spoke about their costumes and cultures, making the celebration both fun and educational while highlighting the true spirit of unity in diversity.

We organized an insightful Effective Parenting Seminar to support and guide parents in nurturing their children’s overall development. Our School Counsellor shared practical strategies on handling challenges, encouraging discipline with empathy, and creating a healthy learning environment at home.
Parents actively participated, making the session interactive, engaging, and meaningful. The seminar strengthened the partnership between parents and our school in shaping confident, happy, and responsible learners.

We successfully conducted a Parents’ Orientation Program, creating a warm and interactive platform to connect with our parents. The session focused on sharing our school’s vision, academic expectations, curriculum, teaching methodologies, and overall development plans for our students.
It was a meaningful exchange of ideas that strengthened the bond between parents and our school, fostering a collaborative approach towards every child’s growth and success.

Our school conducted a Special Assembly on World Earth Day, spreading awareness about the importance of protecting our environment.
Through engaging activities, students learned the value of conserving natural resources and taking responsibility for a greener future. The celebration inspired young minds to adopt sustainable habits and become responsible citizens of tomorrow.

A Vibrant World Heritage Day was celebrated with engaging and creative activities that helped students appreciate the beauty and importance of our rich cultural heritage.

The young learners of Grades 1 to 5 participated in the delightful Monument Mania - Heritage Bookmark-making Activity, Monument Mosaic - Heritage Collage Activity, and Monument Chronicles - Heritage Brochure-making Activity.

The enthusiastic learners designed their understanding and appreciation of World Heritage Sites.

We were also honoured to have an Archaeologist as our guest, who shared valuable insights about World Heritage Day and the importance of preserving our heritage.

The celebration was a wonderful blend of learning and creativity, inspiring students to value and preserve our cultural legacy for future generations.
