Dear All,
At Radiance, we aspire to be a community where parents, teachers, and children embark on a shared journey of inquiry and growth.
We look forward to connecting with parents who are keen to understand our educational philosophy, are open to thoughtful dialogue, and are willing to engage with questions about learning, life, and the world around us. The tour is an opportunity to see our environment, to ask questions freely, and to explore whether our philosophy aligns with your family and your aspirations for your child’s education.
Please note that for the 2.5 to 6 age group, we are currently at capacity due to space restrictions. However, we are offering tours for interested parents and will maintain a waiting list. Families will be invited for interviews as spaces become available. For ages 6 and above, we anticipate having 4 open spots beginning June 2026.
Upcoming Tour Dates:
For ages 2.5 to 6: Saturday, 6th December, at 10:15 AM
If you feel a resonance with our approach and are seeking an education built on active partnership and shared inquiry, we warmly encourage you to attend a tour. Let’s begin the conversation :) Please RSVP to confirm your attendance. We look forward to meeting you.

We shared the August observations recently. Sharing a few lines from one of the reports:
- She works well, but often seeks reassurance for her answers.
- She needs more practice to build confidence and originality (she tends to depend on adults for validation)
- She shows lesser interest towards maths (tends to get overwhelmed and wants to leave the work in the middle)
- She likes to be by the side of a peer all the time, which has created a sort of dependency.
After reading this, the father wrote back: “After reading this I am able to see that I have to change in my being. I am helping too much or can say that I am making her problems easy too early and not making her think that how she can solve the problems or to get into the enquiry about the same.
I am not being patient to let her do and take her own time to solve."
I wanted to share it with the parent community because the way he received the observations and turned them into a mirror for himself is inspiring. He is not only looking at his child’s learning, but also reflecting on his own being..
And this is so so powerful. When parents choose to engage in this way, the child will not feel pressured to perform or to be fixed. The child will grow in an atmosphere where the parents are also learning, working on themselves, and becoming more patient. This space can help children to take ownership of their work, their relationships, and their responsibilities..
If more parents begin to look at things with this approach, the experience of childhood would be very different.. and we could perhaps get closer to creating a better world for our children, and for ourselves..

From the Director's desk:
When I say our school uses no textbooks and does not follow any educational board for ages 3-9, I am asked, ‘Really? How do children learn?’
Could we rethink education like Elon Musk rethought rockets? Inspired by my friend Aditya's insights we’re diving into First Principles Thinking to explore this. My first Substack post shares our ‘secret sauce’! Join the conversation!
