Let's Read this Quick Story:
Rakesh a smart and intelligent Student was pursuing his animation course from a reputed organization in nashik.
He was from a place called Malegaon in Maharashtra.
Very Hardworking, smart and a real artist when it comes to his work.
His portfolios were all amazing
Time came when he was supposed to get a job via campus interviews
His profile and portfolios were sent to big brands and all were happy to his work.
Day comes when he was supposed to go for an Interview.
Being the first interview Rakesh was nervous and tensed.
Situation became worst when he understood that the interview is in ENGLISH.
Anyways with great difficulty Rakesh completed his interview and he was told that the HR team will call him.
Because he was very strong in technicals and softwares he had high hopes that he would get a job.
Days passed by and now with curiosity Rakesh started enquiring about the HR Feedback.
After almost 3 weeks he gets an email reply stating
Dear Rakesh
Greetings from ....
After evaluating your profile we regret to inform you that we do not have any suitable positions open.
We request you to apply again after 6 months and we shall definitely consider your profile for the openings.

After reading This Rakesh felt miserable. He started thinking on multiple lines.
His parents had invested huge money on him with great difficulty and we're hoping he would get a job and support the family.
After reading the email he rushes to the center and meets his placement head
He gets a shock of his life when he understands that he was rejected because he was not able to communicate in English
