One day Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on “Gender Sensitivity” was successfully conducted at Shiv Shiksha Niketan School on 08 August 2026.
*Objective*of the CBP
1. *Create Awareness*: Understand the meaning of gender, s*x, and stereotypes, and how they affect classroom behavior and learning.
2. *Promote Equality*: Ensure equal opportunities, participation, and treatment for boys, girls, and transgender students in academics, sports, and co-curricular activities.

The program trains educators to move from “treating everyone the same” to “treating everyone equitably” so every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to learn.

Shiv Shiksha Niketan extends its sincere gratitude to the resource persons, CBSE, and all the participants for making the programme a great success.
