🎓 8-Day Skill Development Training Successfully Concluded at Eswar College of Engineering! 🌟
Eswar College of Engineering (Autonomous), Narasaraopet, in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation, successfully concluded an intensive 8-day Skill Development Training Programme held as part of the MoU between the two organizations.
The programme focused on equipping students with industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills in areas such as Cyber Security, Generative AI, Communication Skills, Professional Behaviour, Resume Building, Interview Skills and Mock Interviews.
🎤 Principal Dr. G. Nagamalleswara Rao appreciated the initiative and highlighted that practical exposure to emerging technologies helps bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
🎤 Chairman Sri Sk. Meeravali emphasized that a degree alone is not sufficient in today’s competitive world and encouraged students to continuously develop technical and professional skills aligned with industry needs.
🎤 Secretary & Correspondent Sri Sk. Kareem Mohiddin highlighted the importance of communication, professional behaviour and interview skills in building confidence and preparing students for successful careers.
🎤 Managing Director Dr. Sk. Masthan Sharif stated that the institution is committed to preparing students not only through academics but also by equipping them with skills that meet evolving industry requirements. He expressed that more such initiatives will be organized in collaboration with leading organizations.
🎤 Executive Director Smt. Sk. Nazeema congratulated the representatives and trainers of Magic Bus India Foundation, particularly Mr. T. Vikram and Mr. N. Kiran, and encouraged students to apply the practical knowledge gained during the training to their career development.
🎤 TPO Dr. Sk. Muzeer stated that the training would greatly benefit students in facing campus recruitment processes, with focused sessions ranging from resume preparation to mock interviews.
