Let us follow these instructions at school campus
1. Respect your elders and teachers when ever you meet them with a gesture of respect and love.
2. Student should not throw paper anywhere in the school premises. They should use waste paper baskets and dustbins provided.
3. All are expected to speak English in school. Hindi may be spoken during the Hindi lessons only.
4. It is compulsory for
all the students to take part in all activities in school programmes.
5. Children must come to class with the lessons prepared and the home-work completed.
6. Parents are requested not to visit classes during class hours. All the concerns will be taken care in the office.
7. Medical certificates are necessary in case of sickness for over three days.
8. After 3 late attendance the student will be detained from class.
9. Absentee's on rejoining school must produce a letter from their parents or guardians explaining the cause of absence.
10. At the first bell, all must fall into line immediately for assembly otherwise the school gate will be closed. Punctuality is essential all the time without a valid excuse.
11. The parents are requested to send their kids in proper uniform to maintain the dress code.
12. The parents are requested to attend the parents teachers meeting every month to discuss the progress report of their kids.
13. The parents are requested to check the bag & diary of their kid's every day.
14. The parents are requested to check their diary & make them complete the home work every day.
15. The student's fee should be deposited strictly before 10th of every month.
16. In case, the fee is not deposited in the month a late fee of Rs.5/-per day on tuition fee and Rs.5/-per day on rickshow fee will be charged.
17. In case, the fee is not deposited for three continuous months, the name of student may be struck off and readmission with full fee will be entertained. Important Instructions for the parents
Parents are requested to send the lunch box (containing dry vegetables) only in the morning i.e. along with the school bag. The child must carry a towel type Napkin and handkerchief everyday. All the books and note books of the children should be covered. The name, class and section of the child should be clearly marked on all his/her belongings, especially on the lunch box, bags, belts, ties and water bottles etc. Parents are requested to pay proper attention towards the uniform and cleanliness of their kids. Parents should give maximum care and devote special attention to wards the study of the child. Attend meetings regularly when ever it is required. Parents are requested not to do child's home work. It should be done by the child himself/herself regularly. Please have concern in paying fees. Parents are requested to see the school diary of their ward on daily basis.
