Even if a child is not a genius from birth, can he be made extraordinary in any field of life?
My answerâYes, it is very possible.
Every child's innate talent is not the same.
Some are ahead in Maths, some in Coding, some in Science, some in Art or Sports.
But I have seen one thing very closely in the last few yearsâ
Proper Planning + Right Environment + Right Mentor + Long-term Consistent Practiceâcan take a child's ability to incredible places.
In our school, I have seen many children who have gradually become much ahead of others in a particular field.
Some in Maths.
Some in AI & Coding.
Some in Problem Solving.
But behind this was not just a book or an hour of teaching every day.
There was daily observation, planning, challenge, error analysis, new resources, new problems and most importantlyâthe constant involvement of a mentor.
I believe that a child cannot just be taughtâhe/she has to be made.
And that making is not done in a day.
For that, a mentor is needed who will not just take classesâ
but will also think about what the child is thinking, where he is getting stuck, where his potential is hidden, where he should be taken in the next 6 months.
For the past 16 years and 24 hours, I have tried to do exactly this with some of the children in my school.
I have not just confined them to the syllabus.
I have set problems in front of them that are much more difficult than their age.
I have encouraged their curiosity.
I have let them make mistakes.
I have taught them from those mistakes.
And the most important thingâ
I have made them believe that, âYou can do it.â
If you sit some of those children in front of you today and give them any challenge in Maths, Coding or Problem Solving, you will understand for yourself how far a child can go if you guide them properly.

I am not claiming that it is possible to make every child the best in the world.
But I firmly believeâ
Every child has the potential to create his own extraordinary version.
Instead of just comparing him with other children,
he should find his own potential.
Because for me, the real meaning of education is not justâ
âHow many marks did the child get?â
That is not it.
My question isâ
âHow close could we take this child to his highest potential?â
If you want, you can talk to these children in my school.
You can challenge them in Maths, Coding or Problem Solving.
Then see for yourselfâ
How much change can the right environment, the right mentor and the right guidance over the years bring in a child.
Maybe there is a hidden power hidden in your child,
which you yourself have not discovered yet.
Don't just teach your child.
Uncover his potential.
