🇮🇳 Celebrating 80 Years of Freedom, Pride & Patriotism! 🇮🇳

Our school celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with pride and patriotic spirit. The celebration began with the hoisting of our National Flag, followed by the National Anthem, a beautiful patriotic song by our students, and an inspiring address by our Headmistress.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and the distribution of sweets among our students 🍬🍫😌

As we celebrate our freedom, let us always remember the sacrifices of those who made it possible and inspire the younger generation to build a better India.

A healthy child is a happy child! 🌱💚

Our school conducted the annual Rashtriya Bal Swasthya Karyakram (RBSK) today in collaboration with CHC Jorethang and PHC Kamrang.

From bright little eyes and healthy smiles to growing heights and weights, every aspect of our students’ well-being was given attention. Children up to 5 years also received their DPT vaccination. 💉

We sincerely appreciate the healthcare team for their valuable time and commitment towards the health and well-being of our students. 🌸

A Glimpse of Today’s Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) 🤝

Today, our school had a meaningful Parent–Teacher Meeting, to discuss our students’ SA-1 examination results. As many students could not perform as expected, parents and teachers came together to openly share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas on how we can work together to help every child improve and reach their full potential.

We are truly grateful to all the parents who took the time to attend and be a part of this meaningful interaction. Your support, trust, and involvement play a vital role in your child’s learning journey.

When schools and families work together, every child has a greater chance to learn, grow, and succeed. Together, we can create a brighter future for our children. 🌸

🌍 World Youth Skills Day & Bal Sabha Celebration 🇮🇳

Our school proudly celebrated World Youth Skills Day along with Bal Sabha, a student-led platform that encourages leadership, responsibility, and active participation in school governance.

Students took on the roles of the Prime Minister and various Ministers, confidently introducing themselves and presenting thoughtful suggestions and demands for the betterment of the school.

The programme was organised with the support of our 42 - Kamrang GPU and we were honoured by the presence of our respected Area Director (AD), Panchayat members, and other distinguished guests.

The event concluded with a delicious lunch prepared by our dedicated school staff. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to making the programme a great success. Together, we continue to nurture confident leaders and responsible citizens for tomorrow.

A Sweet Pause in a Busy Week: Pre-Father's Day Celebrations! 🍰✨

Exams may be underway, but we couldn't let Father's Day pass without honoring the wonderful male staff members who form the backbone of our school!

During a quick assembly this morning, our female staff members came together to present a small token of love, honor them with traditional khadas, and celebrate with a cake cutting. It was a beautiful reminder of the amazing father figures we have guiding our students every day.

🌱 "The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now." 🌍

Yesterday, our school campus was buzzing with eco-friendly energy as our students came together to celebrate Earth Day! We didn't just talk about saving the planet—we rolled up our sleeves and got to work, keeping this year's global environmental mandate close to heart: “Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.”

From planting new saplings and cleaning up our campus to channeling their inner artists through poster-making, the dedication was inspiring. A special highlight was a powerful skit performance by our students, delivering a beautiful yet urgent message: Trees are our lifelines, and cutting them down cuts our future short. 🌲

🧃 To celebrate their hard work, the school treated our little helpers to some well-deserved juice, making the day even sweeter!

MEMORIES TO LAST A LIFETIME : Farewell 2026! 🎓✨

A beautiful chapter closed on Friday as we hosted a grand farewell program for our outgoing students, our B.Ed. intern teachers (who wrapped up an amazing 3 months with us), and our transferred and retired faculty. While we dearly missed our two teachers who couldn't attend, the entire school joined hands to make it a day to remember.

- Highlights of the Day 🥳

The campus was alive with gratitude and celebration! The program was a beautiful blend of tradition and joy, featuring :

• Heartfelt Traditions: The offering of khadas, a joyful cake-cutting ceremony, and the presentation of gifts and souvenirs.

• Pure Creativity: Our students touched everyone’s hearts by bringing their own handmade bouquets and personal khadas.

• Spectacular Performances: The stage came alive with beautiful dances and melodious songs performed by our talented students and a special performance by one of our staff members! 🎤💃

• A Grand Feast: The memorable day concluded on a high note with a delicious community lunch. 🍲✨

To our outgoing students and B.Ed. trainees—thank you for dedicating your time, energy, and love to our school. As you step into your next chapters, we wish you nothing but the absolute best. You will always be a part of our family! ❤️
