🌿👀👂👃👅✋ Exploring senses through nature! 🚜🌾
Our K1 learners enjoyed an exciting visit to the farm, where they explored the world around them using their five sense organs. From observing nature, listening to the sounds of the farm, smelling fresh plants, touching different textures, and tasting nature’s goodness, every moment was a meaningful learning experience.
This hands-on exploration sparked curiosity, encouraged observation, and helped our little learners make real-life connections with their inquiry on the five senses.

RED is taking the spotlight as our Colour of the Month, our K1 learners explored it in the most exciting way using bubble wrap to create textured pomegranate prints!
Who knew an ordinary piece of bubble wrap could become an extraordinary art tool?
Our little artists enjoyed a fun printmaking activity by painting on bubble wrap and transferring the prints onto a pomegranate outline. As each print revealed its unique texture and pattern, the children experienced the joy of creating art through exploration, experimentation, and discovery.

Beyond creating a colourful pomegranate, our young artists were developing:
• Fine motor skills through painting and pressing.
• Printmaking techniques using everyday materials.
• Observation skills by exploring the texture of a pomegranate.
• Creativity and self-expression through colour exploration.
• Hand-eye coordination and confidence in the creative process.

Every bubble print was unique just like every learner!

🎨Art Integration with Literacy – Instructional Writing through Agamograph

Our Year 4 learners enthusiastically created beautiful Agamographs by carefully listening to and following the step-by-step instructions given by their Art teacher. 🎨
After completing their creative artwork, learners strengthened their literacy skills by writing clear instructional steps explaining how to make an Agamograph. This engaging activity encouraged active listening, creativity, sequencing, and effective writing while integrating Art with English.
Learning becomes more meaningful when creativity and literacy come together! 🌟
