Abotani Vidya Niketan, Pachin Hosts Interactive PTM 2025

Abotani Vidya Niketan, Pachin Secondary School, Kamak Nagar, organized an extensive and highly interactive Parents–Teachers Meeting (PTM) at the Jikom Riba Conference Hall to strengthen parent–school collaboration for the all-round development of day scholars and hostel students.

The programme was presided over by Shri Tai Tagak ji, Patron, ASVS & Chairman PTM 2025. Rake Tana Tara, Senior Citizen, and Mrs. Medo Niling also graced the dais.
In his address, Shri Tagak ji highlighted Vidya Bharati’s role in nurturing culturally rooted, academically strong future citizens and assured continuous improvement in school and hostel facilities.

The entire meeting was thoughtfully managed by the senior class students of AVN. Parents appreciated the school’s initiatives and shared constructive suggestions on academics, infrastructure, hostel care, and extracurricular development. Teachers presented detailed reports on students’ progress, discipline, and yearly activities.

Shri Sukumaran K, State Coordinator, ASVS, praised the dedication of the school and the active involvement of parents, stressing the importance of regular engagement for a strong educational ecosystem.

Feeling proud of our students Miss Hai Bodo and Shri Gyamar Nithing of Class VI, who received the Excellence Award, including Excellence Certificates, Mementos, and Cash Awards, for securing top scores in the State Board Examination 2024–25 (Class V) among all ASVS Vidya Bharati schools across the state. The honours were graciously presented by Shri Gobinda Chandra Mohanta ji, All India Organising Secretary, Vidya Bharati; Dr. Pawan Tiwari ji, Organising Secretary, VBPK; Shri Tai Tagak ji, Patron, ASVS; and Dr. Joram Aniya ji, President, ASVS.

Today, Abotani Vidya Niketan, Pachin observed Janajatiya Gaurav Diwas with great joy and enthusiasm. We remembered the inspiring struggles and sacrifices of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, the legendary tribal freedom fighter who led the Ulgulan (Great Tumult) movement and worked fearlessly for the rights and upliftment of the tribal community.

A Class 8 student, Tai Chumku, delivered a touching speech on Bhagwan Birsa Munda’s life, struggles, and contributions, which truly moved everyone.

Our Principal, Shri Sarvesh Kumar Pathak Sir, also shared about Bhagwan Birsa Munda and encouraged us to learn from his bravery, leadership, and dedication to the nation.

On the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, we all offered our heartfelt tribute.

Abotani Vidya Niketan, Pachin celebrated Children’s Day with great joy and enthusiasm. We were honoured to welcome our Chief Guest, Shri Tarun Mai Sir (OC, Papu Nalah Police Station), who inaugurated the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp.
Shri Gyati Kento Sir (SI, Papu Nalah Police Station), along with his team, also graced the occasion and motivated the students with their presence.

Students of Class X warmly felicitated the Chief Guest. An inspiring and motivational speech was delivered, encouraging students to stay focused, disciplined, and determined in their goals. Teachers and students actively took part in various activities throughout the event.

🏅 Highlight of the Day: Prize distribution for the winners of the Annual Sports Meet 2025, filling the celebration with excitement and pride.

The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Lal Bahadur Deuri Sir, expressing gratitude to all dignitaries, teachers, students, and the organising team.

🏆 Annual Sports Meet 2025-26 – Abotani Vidya Niketan, Pachin 🎉

Our school celebrated its Annual Sports Meet 2025-26 on November 7 & 8 with great joy and excitement! 💫

The event was inaugurated by Shri Tadar Pakak, JE, Rajiv Gandhi University, and attended by Shri Tadar Raju, JE, Urban Development, and Shri Gyamar Kasung, Joint Secretary, ASVS. 🌟

Over 400 students took part in events like running race, relay race, long jump, high jump, volleyball, tug of war, kho-kho, and more. 🏃‍♀️🏐
The KG section also joined the fun with Musical Chairs, Balloon Burst, Candy Fight, and Spoon Race. 🎈😊

The closing ceremony was graced by Shri Tai Hipik, Treasurer of Arunachal Olympic Association & General Secretary of Arunachal Karate Association, who shared inspiring words about determination, dedication, and discipline. 💪

It was a joyful and successful event filled with energy, team spirit, and smiles all around! ❤️

Vigilance Awareness Week 2025
Theme: “Vigilance – Our Shared Responsibility”
Duration: 27th Oct – 2nd Nov 2025

Abotani Vidya Niketan, Pachin Secondary School, Kamak Nagar Campus, Naharlagun, joined the nation in observing Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, initiated by the Central Vigilance Commission and CBSE.

A special program was held on 29th October 2025, graced by Shri Tai Tagak, Former Adviser to the Hon’ble Chief Minister & Patron of ASVS, as the Chief Guest. He inspired students to embrace vigilance as a way of life rooted in honesty, discipline, and moral courage.

Shri Tumge Lollen, Secretary, ASVS, and Shri Sukumaran K, State Coordinator, ASVS, also addressed the gathering, encouraging students to build a corruption-free society through integrity and responsible citizenship.

The week features awareness sessions, competitions, and an Integrity Pledge by all students and staff.

Teachers‘ Day Celebration 📚
Today our school celebrated Teachers’ Day in all grace. The event started with an Aarti honouring former President of India, Dr. S Radhakrishnan ji. The programme was fully organised by the students of Class X and IX in all elegance. The event was truly a reflection of their skills in organizing and coordination which is very commendable. The celebration was filled with games, dance, food, music, gifts, fun and what not. It concluded with cake cutting and refreshments, leaving everyone with happy memories.
