✨ World Health Day 2026 Celebration ✨

Mata Padmawati College of Nursing proudly organized a series of events on 6th & 7th April to celebrate World Health Day 2026 🌍

This year’s theme, “Together for Health: Stand with Science”, inspired our students to promote health awareness and embrace scientific thinking in everyday life.

👩‍⚕️ We were honored by the gracious presence of our esteemed guests:
Dr. Vinod Sangal (District Immunization Officer, Sirmaur),
Dr. Shabartan (District Programme Officer, Sirmaur),
Mrs. Komal (District Health Educator),
Mr. Mohit (District Programme Manager),
Mr. Ankit Sharma (Cluster Coordinator),
and our respected Chairman, Mr. Anil Jain.

🎭 The celebration included engaging activities like skit performances, mime acts, and CPR demonstrations conducted at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Nahan and within the college campus.

🏆 Various competitions such as Best Out of Waste, Quiz, Debate, Poster Making, and Essay Writing were organized, where students showcased incredible talent, creativity, and teamwork.

🌿 Additionally, Post Basic 1st-year students conducted a health education program at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Medical College, Tanda, contributing to community awareness.

👏 All winners were felicitated, and participants were appreciated for their enthusiasm and efforts.

💙 This celebration not only enhanced awareness about health but also strengthened values of responsibility, teamwork, and scientific approach among our future healthcare professionals.

On the occasion of World TB Day, the students of Mata Padmawati College of Nursing came together with passion and purpose to raise awareness about Tuberculosis. 💙

At the college campus, various engaging competitions like declamation, poster making, and slogan writing were organized, where our students beautifully expressed the importance of TB awareness and prevention. 🎤🎨🖌️

Our dedicated students didn’t stop there—
📍 In Banethi village, students posted in the community actively provided health education to the local population, spreading knowledge about TB, its consequences, and management.

🏥 Students of GNM 1st year at Y.S. Parmar Medical College, Nahan, took a step forward to educate and sensitize people about TB and its prevention.

🏥 Meanwhile, our GNM 2nd year students at Dr. Rajendra Prasad Government Medical College, Tanda, also contributed by creating awareness among patients and attendants, emphasizing early diagnosis and proper treatment.
