A letter given to principle mam by students of sandipani...

Respected Bijwe mam,

Knowledge is that which liberate. Do you really think….??? School is giving knowledge to students or just concentrating on marks and school board results.
The school is very good in sports and co-curricular activities. Bijwe mam we all think school is truly devoted towards their workship in development of students. We are thankful to our staff members and all didi’s to help and cooperate with us every time.
But frankly speaking to you mam “We all students don’t want to come to school.” We don’t enjoy coming in school. There is no interest left in us. Coming to school has become like machinery work. Would you like to go to a place daily where you are forced to sit and listen different people one by one continuously for 6 hours?
We don’t understand why at all we are studying. Studying to gain marks, stress, tension, and overload education doesn’t mean that. “Education is what, where students are taught how to think not what to think.” We are just given the work to be done which school thinks we should do. What about our wishes, our desire, what we want to study, how we want to study, In which way we want to be educated. “True education is given by winning the hearts of the children.” But the current system, just focus only on marks. 95.5%, 95.6%, 95.7% below it, its worst than the failure. Right!!!!! We never said that we want to study for marks. We want to study for experience, knowledge, fun, and development of our character. Have you ever think – “bacche kabhi khelte khelte bore nahi hote, to padhai krte hue kyu ho jate hai, kyuki padhai ko khel nahi bana pare, enjoy nahi kr pate.”
Everything is theoretical, no practical humara involvement hi nahi hai. Teacher comes speaks and go.
Till now we just followed what C.B.S.E said, what you said, but now listen what our hearts want to say. We want completely practical based education. We all only wanted to study those things in which we ourself are involved. Things in which we are interested and excite us a lot.
How should we taught? Here what we think….
SELF DEVELOPMENT THROUGH STUDIES
We want that every student should get opportunity to come and speak in front of class. Teacher should give chapter related topics to every student and the student will speak on that topic. This will enable student to develop communication skills, increase in self confidence, victory over stage fear, and more important it will make us to go through that topic.
MOTIVATION HOUR
Everybody needs motivation in every stage of life. There should be motivation hour every week. So as to keep us motivated toward our studies and to help us concentrated and stay focused. Moreover it will help us to give our best and stay aware about our inner potential. Motivational videos of Sandeep Maeshwari, Bishvaroop Rai Chaudhry, and Shiv Khera should be shown to all students in E-BOARD. As they guide students to right path of life.

BRAIN TESEARS
Things which excite, amaze, enjoy the minds of children. Such activates should be practically performed in the classes. Like IQ and common sense based questions which determine, changes and enhance way of thinking. This will increase memory power, grasping power, intellectual level, and make mind to work sharper and smarter. You can imagine how these qualities can develop minds of sandipani students.

FOCUS ON KNOWLEDGE NOT MARKS
Knowledge is that which librates. Don’t you feel, this Moto should be more under spot light?

Alright for some instance, If we agree that marks play big importance in life…but
“Marks ka importance sirf utna hai jitna ki car me petrol ka hota hai, Na usse zada na usse cum.”

It’s our humble request to you Bijwe mam to understand our feelings and thoughts about what we are experiencing in the school these days. We hope that you will take action on these suggestions as soon as possible. And we believe that you are the only person in this school who can make these things possible.
