Cadence Wardhaman Nagar students visited the Raymond Limited factory where they learned the process of converting raw wool into finished fabric. Students explored various departments such as scouring, spinning, washing, dyeing, weaving, raw material, quality control, and finishing, gaining valuable insight into textile manufacturing.

3rd year students of Cadence, Wardhaman Nagar visited the Panasonic Smart Home Experience Centre on 26th February. Guided by Mr. Rishikesh and his team, students explored smart locks, home automation systems, security features, smart switches and home theatre setup. They also learned about speaker placement, projector distance and acoustics in modern interiors. The visit gave students practical insight into how smart technology integrates with interior design.

Students explored various lighting fixtures such as crystal, onyx, cane, ceramic, and Moroccan lights and understood their functional and aesthetic use in different interior spaces. The visit helped them learn how lighting enhances ambiance, mood, and the overall design concept in both interior and landscape design.

The Final Year Interior Design Thesis Jury was successfully conducted at Cadence Academy on 13th & 14th with Ar. Raunak Shah as the external juror. Students showcased innovative projects like themed resorts, cafés, boutique spaces, an underwater library, and sustainability-focused designs. The jury appreciated the creativity, concepts, and professional presentations of our talented students.
