Out of the cocoon with flying colours – 2nd April 2026 The Pre- primary section of Essence International School conducted their syllabus oriented annual event "Out of the Cocoon, with flying colours" on 2nd April 2026,Thursday in their respective classes. The presence of dignitaries, the school principal Mrs. Beena Menon, quality co- ordinator Mrs. Jayshri Sastri, vice principal Mrs. Shashiprabha Suryavanshi and supervisor Mrs. Vandana Shaw added more charm to the program. In that event, the children presented one topic from their entire academic syllabus. This type of opportunities boosts children’s confidence, self esteem, discipline and communication skills. The children felt happy and overwhelmed to present it in front of their loved ones. There was also a prize distribution ceremony of previously conducted program, "Own the mic."In that program, each class had their own title to speak. The first, second, and third positions of Nursery's Green Basket was secured by Ms. Hrudya Kakade, Mast. Shourya Bhoyar and Mast. Swayam Thorane, respectively. In Fur, Fins and feathers of KG 1, Ms.Ruvee Girey, Mast. Ayank Patil and Ms. Trisha Pawse secured the first, second, and third positions, respectively. In Nanhi Kahaniyan from KG 2, the first,second and third positions were secured by Mast. Dhritik Rakesh, Mast.Ojas Kanade and Ms.Tejomai Chavhan respectively. The entire program was a success, and both the parents and management appreciated the teamwork and dedication of the teaching and non- teaching staff.

Pre–Republic Day Celebration
Essence International School
FLN group of Essence International School successfully conducted the Pre–Republic Day Celebration with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The program aimed to inculcate the values of unity, nationalism, and confidence among students from Nursery to Class II.
The celebration commenced with the pinning of badges and escorting of the Principal Madam, Quality Coordinator Madam, Vice Principal and Academic head setting a dignified and respectful tone for the event.
The program continued with a vibrant presentation titled “Unity in Diversity” by KG-I students, beautifully showcasing India’s cultural richness. This was followed by an English speech by a Class II student, reflecting confidence and awareness about the nation.
The Nursery students presented an energetic drill, demonstrating coordination and discipline at a very young age. Students of Classes I and II sang a patriotic song, filling the atmosphere with enthusiasm and pride.
A Hindi speech by a Class I student highlighted the importance of Republic Day in simple and effective words. The program further included a graceful dance performance by KG-II students, which was appreciated by all.
An engaging act titled “Little Patriots in Action” by Classes I and II conveyed strong patriotic messages through expressive performances.
The event concluded with the distribution of certificates and medals, encouraging and motivating the students for their efforts. The program ended on a respectful note with the National Song, marking a proud and memorable celebration.
Overall, the FLN Pre–Republic Day Celebration was a grand success and reflected the school’s commitment to holistic development and value-based education.
