🏑 Felicitation Ceremony – Celebrating Our Hockey Champions 🏑

Ira International School proudly organised a Felicitation Ceremony to honour its Girls’ Under-17 Hockey Players who represented Maharashtra at the SGFI Women’s Hockey National Championship held in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

We are delighted to share that Shrawani Tulankar, Lajo Rahangdale, and Yashasvi Kubde earned the distinction of competing at the national level, bringing immense pride to the institution through their dedication, discipline, and sporting excellence. 👏

A special congratulations to Yashasvi Kubde, who led the team as Captain, showcasing exemplary leadership and team spirit. 🌟

During the ceremony, the players and Hockey Coach Mr. Shahid Bux were presented with Letters of Appreciation and a cash prize by Vishal Lohia, CEO of Indorama Synthetics Pvt. Ltd., and Rimple Lohia, President of Ira International School.

The dignitaries congratulated the students on their outstanding achievement and encouraged them to continue striving for greater milestones in sports. The management also appreciated the consistent efforts of Coach Mr. Shahid Bux, honouring him with a cash prize and certificate for his dedication and commitment.

Mr. Vishal Lohia highlighted that teachers are the pillars of our growth and success. They teach us the basics of life, ethics, humility, and the art of convincing people. He expressed that the ultimate goal is to ensure students lead successful lives and thanked the parents for their constant support.

The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Sanjay Gupta, Site Head of Indorama Synthetics Pvt. Ltd., Mrs. Gupta, and Mr. Rajesh Saxena, Treasurer of the school.

The ceremony concluded with warm congratulations and best wishes for the players’ future tournaments and achievements. The Vote of Thanks was proposed by Mrs. Manisha Sathe, and the event was gracefully anchored by Mrs. Tasneem Bano.

☀️🌬️ Class 5 A – Renewable Sources of Energy 🌱

Students of Class 5 A learned about renewable energy in a simple and practical way.

They made colorful pinwheels to understand wind energy and took part in a small outdoor activity to learn about solar energy.

The activity helped them understand that energy from the sun and wind is clean, natural, and good for our environment. 🌍✨
