As a part of HR-Talks'22 series, tHRive, HR-SIG of IIM Nagpur, had the pleasure to host Mr. Satish Rajarathnam, Senior VP HR - Mphasis. The session started with classifying disruptions into three categories technological disruption, business disruption, and operating model disruption and how these disruptions can be seen with a positive outlook in the current and post-pandemic era.
Mr. Satish talked about how HRs will be the drivers of this change in future work and play more of a strategic role in businesses by enabling their employees to become more creative, curious, and collaborative. HR in the future will be moving towards HR 4.0, which will be hyper-personalized, high-tech, high-touch, and high-trust industry. He also touched briefly upon the future human resources role, for example, HR data scientist, employee experience specialist, business performance coach, and organizational psychologist.
tHRive extends its warm gratitude to Mr. Satish Rajarathnam for the valuable insights and a great session.

Mr. Satish Rajarathnam has 23+ years of experience and is a seasoned Human Resources professional who has held various HR leadership positions across multiple industries. Satish has continually been at the helm of strategic resourcing, organization change management, HR business consulting & agile transformation, as well as leadership and talent management. His leadership experiences span across organizations such as Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and Siemens.
He will be speaking on the topic- "Future of Work & Future of HR". Students at IIM Nagpur are eagerly looking forward to interacting with Mr. Satish Rajarathnam
