Celebrating 80 years of India’s independence with pride at Bhonsala. 🇮🇳

The celebrations began with the Guard of Honour and flag hoisting by Col Navneet Duggal, followed by the Rashtriya Salute and National Anthem. The day continued with the Addiction-Free Youth pledge, Academic Excellence Awards, Scholarships and Investiture Ceremony.

A day of achievement, responsibility and patriotism.

A remarkable performance by our NCC cadets at the Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC-613), organised by No. 2 Maharashtra Air Squadron NCC at Heti, Saoner, from 4th to 10th August 2026.

With 27 cadets representing Bhonsala Military School, our contingent excelled across multiple events:

The NDRF team visited Bhonsala Military School and Bhonsala Sainik School, and introduced our cadets to essential safety practices for emergencies — from fire safety and water rescue to responding during medical emergencies.

On the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, Bhonsala Military School and Bhonsala Sainik School came together to honour the teachers, mentors, and guides who have shaped generations through their dedication and guidance.

The day was celebrated with prayers, traditional rituals, Flag Poojan, and a tree plantation drive, expressing gratitude to those who continue to guide students with wisdom, discipline, and care.

Honouring the heroes of Kargil, with gratitude and pride. 🇮🇳

On Kargil Vijay Diwas, the cadets of Bhonsala Military School, Nagpur & Bhonsala Sainik School, Nagpur came together to honour the courage, dedication and sacrifice of the brave soldiers who served the nation during the Kargil war.

The day began with the Vijay March, followed by a commemorative ceremony where cadets paid tribute through a Guard of Honour and homage to the Amar Jawan in the presence of Shri Vishwas Nangare Patil, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Nagpur.

As we remember their valour, we reaffirm our commitment to carrying forward their legacy of courage, discipline and service.

We warmly invite you to the Kargil Vijay Diwas Commemoration as we remember and honour the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of the soldiers who served the nation during the Kargil war.

The commemoration will begin with a Vijay March by the cadets of Bhonsala Military School, Nagpur, and Bhonsala Sainik School, Nagpur from NEERI Modern School and conclude at Dr. Vasantrao Deshpande Hall, followed by the main programme.

We are honoured to have Shri Vishwas Nangare Patil, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Nagpur, as the Chief Guest for the occasion.
