Kids Special Japanese Language & Culture Course was conducted at Daiichi Japanese Language Solutions, Nagpur from 1st to 14th May 2025.

It was a 10-day fun-filled learning for the students, where they got acquainted with basic Japanese language and various aspects of Japanese Culture.

We hope that these students will continue learning Japanese language in future, and will develop a cross-cultural understanding as well.

A Japanese Calligraphy Workshop was organized by DJLS with the support from The Japan Foundation, New Delhi. Ms. Hiroko Nagahama, Calligraphy Artist from Japan, was the main instructor. The participants got a chance to learn about the basics of Japanese calligraphy, witness special a big-size calligraphy performance by Nagahama Sensei and try their hands on using the calligraphy ink and brush. Ms. Chiaki Suzuki, Ms. Kanako Matsuo and Mr. Praveen Rawat from The Japan Foundation were also present on the occasion.

A Mock test for the JLPT was conducted today. We have been conducting such mock tests every time, since 2012.
The students always give feedback that the mock test has been beneficial for them to get a concrete idea of the actual test.
It boosts their confidence too.

Devastation in our classroom due to flood on 23rd September. Loss of furniture and fixtures was obvious, but the most heart-wrenching part was to discard around 400-500 newly printed and purchased fresh books, which were completely wet in muddy water.

N5 Physical batch concluded today.

Sameer-san was felicitated for the achievement of 100% attendance throughout 5 months of this course.

Persistency, Devotion and Commitment are key factors for learning Japanese Language. And while you develop these values when learning Japanese language, they will be very useful when you work with Japanese people.

We hope for a good result of complete batch in the JLPT they are going to write this Sunday.

A seminar was conducted by DJLS for the promotion of Japanese Language, in Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering, Nagpur.

The topic was – “Why should I learn Japanese Language?”

A good number of students of first year engineering course attended the lecture. It was very nice that we were able to make them aware of a new avenue of building their career, right in the first year of their graduation course. If they start learning the Japanese language in first year, their future is no doubt bright, at the end of engineering graduate degree course.

We hope that more and more students learn Japanese language, and grab the opportunity of a successful career.
