Our Body Design is Crores of years old. There are no design updates from nature as fast as our human lifestyle is changing. So our body is very vulnerable to exposure of all these "screens" of Computer, Mobile & TV etc.

Parents must try to keep minimum 90 minutes gap between two exposures (if exposure duration is more than one hour) Mobile/ TV/Computers.
In during the gap period children and adults must give light exercise to their body( neck, eyes & limbs ) , must drink water adequately & must take sleep at night.

Due to screen (TV,
Mobile, Computer) exposure quality & quantity of sleep gets deprivated due to a) over stimulation of brain synapses, & b) radiation damage to brain & body.
This leads to chemical imbalance in brain affecting to Psychology of that child or adult further leading to inability of controlling emotions including anger.
This finally may lead to Psychosomatic diseases and poor performance.
