*JAL Logistics Company* (Sister Concern of *GASCO*) is looking for a talented and detail-oriented *Data Analyst – Maintenance* to join our growing team. *Immediate joining preferred.*

🔹 *Key Responsibilities:*
• Collect, validate, and analyze maintenance and fleet performance data
• Develop dashboards and reports (downtime, cost per km, utilization, etc.)
• Monitor preventive maintenance compliance and generate exception reports
• Analyze breakdown trends and identify root causes
• Support cost analysis and optimization initiatives
• Maintain data integrity within ERP / SAP systems
• Provide insights for manpower planning and workshop utilization
• Track KPI performance across multiple locations
• Automate reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Coordinate with planning and operations teams for data alignment
• Support management presentations with accurate analytics
• Develop predictive maintenance insights based on data trends
• Assist in benchmarking maintenance performance
• Ensure timely reporting to senior management
🔹 *Requirements:*
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
• Experience in fleet, logistics, transport, or maintenance operations preferred
• Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
