At 2:30 p.m. on the afternoon of Friday, October 20, 1944, above ground storage tank, holding liquified natural gas in the East Ohio Gas Company's tank farm, began to emit a v***r that poured from a seam on the side of the tank. The tank was located near Lake Erie on East 61st Street, and winds from the lake pushed the v***r into a mixed use section of Cleveland, where it dropped into the sewer lines via the catch basins located in the street gutters.

Industrial agitators are machines used in industries that process products in the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

The video shows an agitated vessel. For demonstration purposes, particles used are mustard seeds. When the tank is agitated with the impeller the particles undergo a circular motion.
