International Yoga Day was celebrated on at Podar International School, Godhani by NCC cadets . The event aimed to promote health, wellness, and discipline among cadets through yoga and meditation practices.

Common Yoga Protocol as prescribed by AYUSH Ministry, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation was performed by all cadets.
