Key Responsibilities:
* Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under supervision
* Work closely with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental challenges
* Track, record, and analyze behavioral data to measure progress
* Assist in behavior modification plans and skill-building programs
* Collaborate with therapists and caregivers to ensure consistency in intervention
* Provide parent training and support when required
Requirements:
* Background in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
* Certification or training in ABA (preferred but not mandatory)
* Strong observation and analytical skills
* Patience, consistency, and ability to work with children in structured settings

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities
* Design and implement individualized therapy plans based on clinical needs
* Work with children with developmental delays, ASD, and related conditions
* Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, and ABA therapists for integrated care
* Guide and counsel parents on therapy goals, home strategies, and progress tracking
* Maintain accurate documentation and therapy reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP or equivalent)
* Relevant clinical experience in pediatric therapy (preferred)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment
