Industrial visit was organised of DBM students at Mother Dairy Nagpur plant on 25th Oct 2019.

Amazing, astonishing, marvelous..... thats how the students of DBM(MBA-1st Sem) describe there today's day. The reason behind this happiness was the awe-inspiring visit to Red Fm 93.5 radio station of Nagpur, organised by Dr. Ruchi Chaudhary. Where RJ Saurabh addressed the students in his cheerful and unique way. He explained how a Radio station works, what are the various department involved in this working organisation and how they co-ordinate with each other. He also highlighted why is it important to be passionate and dedicated towards your work. He connected really well with all the students because of his exclusive style. The students also got an opportunity to meet Rj Dada, Rj Monica and Sunny Sir. The visit was really helpful for students to understand how communication flows in an organisation.

MD & CEO (Aakash furnitech pvt ltd) and winner of Mrs universe lovely 2k17 , Mrs Shilpa Agrawal addressed to the students of Department of Business Management & Department of Commerce, during a session on "women entrepreneurship development" on 16th October.

She highlighted how her spirit of trying things first hand and working hard helped her become what she has become.
For entrepreneurship development, Mrs Shilpa stressed on the aspect of doing good homework before starting with a venture.
Also highlighting the importance of investment as actual savings.
" An entrepreneur needs to be very flexible" she said.
And how important it is to have a good brand image of one's enterprise.
In a Session moderated by Dr. Ruchi Chaudhary ! Mrs Agrawal shared her journey so far!
The session was outlined by Dr. Indu Mazumdar, with
Dr. Anant Deshmukh (HOD, DBM) as the guide!
