A competitive world, cutthroat completion, passion, instinct, job security, career growth and blah blah blah, all these sounding as names of demons when one is in dilemma of choosing his/her career path. So many ifs and buts, but so little options, so many suggestions but little or no mentoring. Then, just choosing a goal does not suffice, as the problem does not end there but it gets compounded. Because if choice haven't made meticulously taking into account all considerations but rather choice is based merely on current trends, or peer pressures, then this may be lifetime repentance.

I personally feel a career counseling is mandatory tool which if taken at right time from right person will definitely resolve many issues and help not only at individual level but for society in large.
