No Indian meal is complete without a sweet at the end.Indian sweets are a significant element in Indian Cuisine.In the diverse languages and culture of India, sweets are called by numerous names.It is surprising to know that in every 100kms there are a variety of Indian sweets available also with the change in culture of every state and with the availability of ingredients..In every occasion or festival sweets are mostly prepared at home in which the old traditional recipes are still followed by the women of Indian culture.The students of GH Raisoni School of Hospitality Management prepared a few Indian sweets from all over India.They tried to master in every mithai with proper hands on learning.

The students of GH Raisoni School of Hospitality Management got an opportunity to experience Taj into the wild.We visited Taj Baghvan,Pench which is approximately 100kms away from Nagpur. It was a delightful experience and the students got to learn how Taj offers its world class hospitality even in the wilderness of jungles.

Budding hoteliers!!

G.H Raisoni School of Hospitality Management organised an Industrial Visit for the students with the Faculty Members to Radisson Blu ,Nagpur.The visit began with an induction to different departments in the hotel along with the guest area which included the Lobby and Five Speciality Restaurant’s.The Students also visited the Business Class Room to understand the Fineness of services offered along with the amenities to enhance Guest experience.

G.H.Raisoni School of Hospitality Management organised a guest lecture for the budding hoteliers.The topic of discussion was "Change in trends of Housekeeping".
Ms.Anu Pillai,Associate Professor, Government Polytechnic College Of Hotel Management and Catering Technology,spoke about how with time and technology the trends of Housekeeping industry have changed.

G.H Raisoni School of Hospitality Management arranged a Live Demonstration on Maharashtrian Cuisine. Chef. Nitin Shende an Associate Professor of Government Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology was the Facilitator Of the session. Chef Nitin shared his techniques and experience by briefing the students about how Maharashtra is divided into 5 Regions and every region has its own unique cuisine according to the Geographical conditions and culture. He also shared that in every 50 KM the cuisine changes. The guest lecture was followed by a Live Demonstration on Maharashtrian Cuisine.
