Now the government's plan for conducting a common entrance test for al bank exams is to be materialized and Indian Bank's Association (IBA) has finalized this innovative and new method of banking Personnel selection. This new method will eliminate the complaining about the delay in knowing results of bank exams in the current banking recruitments. A few points about this new method of selection in Banks are as follows:-
Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) will conduct this exam 2 times in a year. Once each for Clerks and Probationary Officers. Each Candidate will be given a scorecard Which will be valid for One year. Participating Public sector banks That will look to recruit for above posts will invite applications from candidates having valid scorecards with all the Eligibility conditions like age, education, Percentage explicitly mentioned. Those satisfying the eligibility criteria can send their applications and get directly in Interview or Group discussion (Accroding to bank selection Criteria).
