Through hands-on training, Payal gained practical knowledge in machine setup, CNC programming, and precision operations.Payal is now working as a CNC Operator at Jyoti CNC Automation Limited, Rajkot, earning ₹3.16 Lakh per annum.

From Sirpur village, Mahasamund, Nageswari Bariha faced life’s toughest trials early. With her father no more and her mother battling major health issues, she dropped her studies after 12th to become the sole pillar of her family.

Desperate for income to afford her mother's treatment, she discovered SEDI Mahasamund and enrolled in the General Duty Assistant training.

Today, she is proudly placed at Zydus Hospital, Ahmedabad, with a salary of Rs. 26,000 regularly sending her salary home. Her mother’s health has now improved, and her brothers stand proudly beside her.

Coming from a family of five from Gir Somnath where every rupee matters, Amisha Rathod dreamed of becoming financially independent and supporting her loved ones with dignity.

Through training at Ambuja Foundation's Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Institute (SEDI) Ambujanagar, Amisha gained hands-on skills in PCB Assembly Operation and transformed herself into an industry-ready professional. Soon after completing her training, she secured a job at Voltas Beko Home Appliances Pvt. Ltd. with a starting salary of ₹13,500 per month.

Today, Amisha earns ₹25,000 per month, nearly doubling her income through hard work and perseverance.
