Nowgong Mission Higher Secondary School

Paying highest tribute to Rev. Dr. Miles Bronson on his 213th birth anniversary. We are celebrating this great man's birthday to remember his contribution towards Assam and Assamese Language & Culture. NMHSS Family will always remain grateful to him, because we are the only one to avail the opportunity to continue the heritage and legacy of Rev. Dr. Miles Bronson, the founder of Nowgong Mission Higher Secondary School. This school is still operational at present, with its 179th years of imparting quality education.

Nowgong Mission Higher Secondary School put forward an effort towards a charity drive organised by Child Help Foundation : as every child is precious.

* The students who contributed towards the noble cause were honoured with badges, certificates, caps,pouches and a special gifts according to the format provided by the foundation.

* ⁠The students donating highest amount were honoured with medals gold, silver and bronze.

* ⁠The highest donation award is given to Class IX-B .

Our school celebrates World Environment Day on 5th June, 2025. In connection to Environment Day, trees were planted and speech competitions were organised. Our students also participated in various district level competition and won prizes.
