An inspiring and value-oriented programme was graciously organised in GB International School, Nabha by Friends Library, established in 1989, with the noble objective of nurturing moral values, discipline, and respect among students.The whole event took place under the kind and stalwart supervision of School Chairman Mr. Sandeep Bansal and the Principal Dr. Grewal.

The programme beautifully reflected the vision and dedication of Friends Library towards the holistic development of students. Thought-provoking motivational videos highlighting the significance of respect, humility, gratitude, and ethical conduct towards parents, teachers, gurus, and grandparents were showcased during the session. These inspiring presentations left a profound impression on the young minds and encouraged them to imbibe noble virtues in their daily lives.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Ashwani Madaan delivered an enlightening and motivational speech emphasizing the indispensable role of discipline, perseverance, and moral character in achieving success and becoming responsible citizens of society.
Thereafter, Mr. Subhash Bansal, the Coordinator of the programme, shared his valuable insights and guided the students with inspiring words. He eloquently stressed the importance of respecting elders, preserving moral values, and leading a life enriched with sincerity, integrity, and compassion.
An engaging interactive session was also conducted wherein students enthusiastically participated and responded to various thought-provoking questions related to ethics, discipline, and social values. The session proved to be highly enriching, interactive, and intellectually stimulating.

Among the most laudable and distinguished achievements was the extraordinary feat accomplished by students Harsimar Kaur Chauhan, Beerkamal, and Laksh*ta, who each attained an impeccable, flawless score of 100 out of 100 in Painting — a pinnacle of artistic mastery rarely achieved. Harsimar Kaur Chauhan further cemented her academic brilliance by securing full marks in Business Studies, an accomplishment of remarkable calibre.
Students across all three academic streams brought immeasurable honour and distinction to the institution through their exemplary results.
In the Commerce stream, Harsimar Kaur Chauhan reigned supreme with a commanding 96.8%, followed by Tanya Preet Kaur with an admirable 95.4%, and Hargun Kaur who secured a commendable 92.2%.
In the Arts stream, Yosana Bansal distinguished herself with a magnificent 95.8%, while Namandeep Kaur achieved a creditable 90.6%, and Khushpreet Kaur demonstrated her scholastic prowess with an impressive 89.6% — collectively exemplifying unparalleled dedication and intellectual depth.

Under the visionary leadership of Principal Dr. Grewal, our school continues to promote innovative and technology-driven learning for young students. Codju has become an important part of the Computer Education curriculum for Classes I to V, making learning interactive, practical, and enjoyable.
Through engaging coding activities and hands-on learning experiences, students have shown remarkable enthusiasm and excellence throughout the academic year. To recognize their achievements, 15 top-performing students from Classes I to V were felicitated with medals for their outstanding performance in Codju activities.
Teachers were also honoured with trophies for their dedication and continuous efforts in developing digital and coding skills among students. Principal Dr. Grewal congratulated both students and teachers and encouraged young learners to explore technology creatively and confidently.
Such initiatives help students develop essential 21st-century skills while making learning meaningful and future-ready.

GB International School, Nabha celebrated National Technology Day. Students from all streams of Std. XI enthusiastically participated in the “Typing Master Competition.” The main aim of this competition was to create awareness among students about modern technology and encourage them to contribute towards national technological advancement.
The competition provided students with an excellent platform to improve their typing speed, accuracy, and computer skills. All participants showed great interest and confidence throughout the event.

A special Mother’s Day Celebration was organised with great enthusiasm and joy at GB International School under the inspiring guidance of Principal Dr. Grewal. The programme aimed to honour and appreciate the unconditional love, care and sacrifices of mothers.
The celebration commenced with a soulful prayer seeking blessings for everyone present. This was followed by the “Thought for the Day,” which highlighted the importance and value of mothers in our lives. Students then delivered a heartfelt speech expressing gratitude and respect towards mothers, followed by a beautiful poem dedicated to motherhood.
The event became even more lively with an entertaining play conveying the emotions and importance of a mother in every family. Colourful dance performances by junior students and tiny tots added charm and excitement to the celebration. Their energetic and graceful performances received huge applause from the audience.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem. Principal Dr. Grewal appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers for making the celebration successful and memorable. She also encouraged students to always respect and value their mothers.

A special Fireless Cooking Activity was organized for the students of Class 6 at GB International School on the occasion of Mother's Day. The activity was conducted with great enthusiasm and creativity to express love and gratitude towards mothers through healthy and delicious food preparations.
The students participated wholeheartedly and prepared a variety of attractive dishes without using fire. They showcased their culinary skills with confidence and presented beautifully decorated food items especially dedicated to their mothers. The presentations were well-prepared, creative, and impressive, reflecting the hard work and enthusiasm of the students.
The event created a joyful atmosphere in the school and encouraged students to understand the importance of healthy eating, creativity, and appreciation for their mothers’ love and care.
Principal Dr. Grewal appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers for organizing such a meaningful and enjoyable activity. He motivated the students to continue participating in such creative learning experiences.
