Today at our school , an informative Workshop on Posture, Ergonomics & Physical Well-Being was conducted by Dr. Inderpreet Kaur , an experienced physiotherapist and owner of Uplift Mobility by Physio, Nabha. Through her expertise in evidence-based rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, posture correction, and preventive care, she guided our teachers and staff on essential techniques for maintaining physical health.
The session covered:
✔️ Proper posture while teaching
✔️ Ways to prevent back and neck pain
✔️ Simple exercises and stretches for routine practice
The workshop proved highly informative, interactive, and impactful, helping our educators enhance their physical efficiency and classroom well-being.
