As part of World Environment Day 2026 celebrations on 06 June 2026, our dedicated NSS volunteers and Coordinators actively participated in the "Namma Mysuru, Swachha Mysuru" Plastic Clean-Up Drive! 🏛️💚
Conducted in meaningful association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Young Indians (Yi), the drive saw our youth taking direct action on the ground—collecting plastic waste and contributing toward a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable city. 🌍♻️
By turning environmental awareness into impactful community action, our volunteers are leading the charge for a plastic-free future. Proud of our NSS wing for stepping up for mother earth! 🤝🚀

TiE Mysuru's NeXt Founders Ideathon Orientation Ignites Student Innovation!
TiE Mysuru successfully hosted the NeXt Founders Ideathon Orientation on June 1, 2026, bringing together bright young minds from GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Mysuru MIT Thandavapura, MIT Mysore-Belavadi, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, and PES College of Engineering, Mandya. The session introduced students to the upcoming ideathon journey and encouraged them to think boldly about solving real-world industry challenges.
The event was attended by TiE Mysuru members and industry leaders including Mr. Bhaskarr Kalale (President, TiE Mysuru), Mr. Ram Kevalur (eCirkle), Dr. Arun Jaura (J K Tyre), Mr. Pradeep Kumar (Agile Space Digital Pvt Ltd), Mr. Sudheer Shankar (KDEM), Dharma Prasad (Prosetta Bioconformatics Pvt Ltd), and Manjunath Bhat (TECBee - Purvi Consultancy Services Private Limited), who shared valuable insights and problem statements for the students to work on. Their presence added great momentum to the preparation stage of the NeXt Founders Ideathon, planned for Aug-Sep 2026.
Students enthusiastically shared their own problem statements and explored how innovation can turn ideas into meaningful solutions. The energy, curiosity, and engagement from the student community made the orientation truly inspiring and set the tone for an exciting ideathon ahead.

✨ Celebrating Excellence: Valedictory Ceremony of the Workshop on "Signals and Systems for Real-Time Applications"! 🎓📡
Following two days of intensive learning, the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) at GSSSIETW, Mysuru, successfully concluded the national-level workshop on "Signals and Systems for Real-Time Applications" with a grand Valedictory Ceremony! 🏛️🛡️📊
The ceremony marked the culmination of an incredible journey for our ECE students, who spent May 2nd and May 3rd, 2026, learning from eminent industry and academic veterans, Dr. Ashok Rao and Arulalan Rajan. 👨🏫💡
Congratulations to the ECE department, the Signal and Image Processing Club, and all the participants on the grand success of this workshop! ✨
