The session focused on practicing various yogasanas, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.
Faculty members, NSS volunteers, and students actively participated in the session, demonstrating their commitment to health, wellness, and the spirit of yoga.

The NSS Unit of JSS College of Nursing, Mysuru, inaugurated a 10-Days Yoga Camp on 12 June 2026 in association with the Government Yoga and Naturopathy Medical College, Mysuru as part of the International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations at college Campus.
The programme was inaugurated by Prof. Aswathy Devi M.K., Principal, and addressed by the guest speaker, Sri Tejas, who highlighted the benefits of yoga for a healthy lifestyle.
The NSS Programme Officer, faculty members, NSS volunteers, and students actively participated in the inaugural session.

🧘‍♀️ International Yoga Day 2026 – 10 Days Yoga Camp 🧘‍♂️

JSS College of Nursing, Mysuru, NSS Unit in collaboration with RGUHS Bengaluru and Govt.Nature Cure & Yoga Medical College, proudly organized a 10-Day Yoga Camp from 12th to 21st June 2026 as part of the International Day of Yoga 2026 celebrations.
With the theme "Yoga for Healthy Ageing", the camp aims to promote physical wellness, mental peace, healthy ageing, and holistic living among students, faculty, and NSS Volunteers Through daily yoga sessions, participants are encouraged to embrace a healthier lifestyle and experience the transformative benefits of yoga.
Let us unite to celebrate the spirit of wellness, mindfulness, and harmony through yoga.
