An official SAE chapter in NIE College Mysore It is catering the technical knowledge to its members through industrial visits.
SAE @ NIE, the collegiate chapter of the Society of Automative Engineers (SAE) at NIE was formed in the year 2002.Since then, it has organized many innovative events such as Junkyard Wars, Aero Modelling Workshops, Automania,Grease Monkeys, Lift Off, Car and Bikes Expo and a bunch of others. Technical workshops, Technical presentations and seminars. SAE@NIE has successfully conducted mega events like Bike Expo '06, Car Expo '07 & '09. ATF '10 and ATF '11 which had attracted over 20,000 people.
