The esteemed Venerable Karma Chungdak conducted a two-day teacher training program on contemporary teaching methods and management at Namling Primary School from May 14 to 15, 2026. The program concluded successfully today.

༄༅། །དེ་ཡང་རྣམ་གླིང་གཞི་རིམ་སློབ་གྲྭའི་དགེ་སློབ་ཡོངས་ནས་ཟླ་བ་བྱུང་ངོ་ཅོག་གི་ཚེས་ཉི་ཤུ་ལྔ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་དུས་ཆེན་གྱི་ཉིན་རྒྱུན་ལྡན་དུ་ཀུན་མཁྱེན་རིག་འཛིན་འཇིགས་མེད་གླིང་པས་མཛད་པའི་ ༼ དཀར་གསུར་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཀུན་ཁྱབ་༽ ཅེས་པའི་ཆོ་གའི་སྒོ་ནས་གསུར་མཆོད་ཕུལ་སྲོལ་ཡོད་པ་བཞིན། དེ་རིང་རེས་གཟའ་མིག་དམར་དགོང་མོ་ཕྱག་ཚོད་ ༧ ཐོག་ལ་རྣམ་གླིང་གཞི་རིམ་སློབ་གྲྭའི་དགེ་སློབ་ལྷན་འཛོམས་ཀྱིས་སྐྱེ་འགྲོ་སྤྱི་དང་འབྲེལ་ཡོད་ཀྱི་སྦྱིན་པའི་བདག་པོ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བར་ཆད་སེལ་བ་དང་། གདོན་བགེགས་ཞི་བ། ལན་ཆགས་བུ་ལོན་སྦྱོང་བ་སོགས་ཀྱི་ཆེད་དུ་དཀར་གསུམ་མངར་གསུམ་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས་མགྲོན་བཞི་ལ་མཆོད་སྦྱིན་བཏང་ཡོད།

In accordance with tradition, the students and teachers of Namling Primary School offer white sur prayers on the 25th day of each Tibetan lunar month—known as Dakini Day—through the ritual “The White Sur Offering That Permeates All Realms,” composed by the omniscient Rigzin Jigme Lingpa.
This evening, Tuesday at 7:00 PM, the teachers and students gathered together to perform this offering. During the ritual, offerings were made to the Four types of Guests:
1. Guests invited out of respect — the Three Jewels,
2. Guests invited on account of their qualities — the Dharma protectors,
3. Guests of the six classes, invited out of compassion,
4. Guests to whom we owe karmic debts.
The offerings included three white offerings (curd, milk and butter) and three sweet offerings (Sugar, molasses and honey).
This practice was carried out with the intention of removing obstacles for all sentient beings and benefactors, pacifying harmful spirits and negative influences, and purifying previously accumulated karmic debts.

དེ་རིང་བོད་ཚེས་ ༡༧ རེས་གཟའ་ཉི་མའི་ཞོགས་པ་ཆུ་ཚོད་བདུན་པ་ནས་འཛིན་གྲྭ་བཞི་པ་ཡན་ཆད་སྙིང་ཐིག་གསོལ་ཁ་དང་། གསུམ་པ་མན་ཆད་བར་བསམ་སྒྲོལ་གསུམ་གདུགས་ཤེར་སེང་གསུམ་འཚོག་བཞིན་པའི་བརྙན་པར་ཟུར་གཅིག

In accordance with established tradition, and for the long life and successful fulfillment of the aspirations of all sentient beings—especially the throne holder of the Palyul lineage, led by His Holiness Kyabje Rinpoche, together with other great non-sectarian masters—a three-day annual prayer ritual is being conducted.
This sacred observance is dedicated to dispelling all outer, inner, and secret obstacles facing Thegchok Namdrol Shedrub Dargye Ling Monastery and its branch, Namling Primary School. May the noble activities of the three wheels—study, contemplation, and meditation—flourish and expand like the waxing moon. May all virtuous aspirations of faithful sponsors and benefactors, both within the country and abroad, be swiftly and perfectly fulfilled.
This year, on the 17th and 18th days of the Tibetan calendar, a series of profound rituals are being performed, including:
The Prayer for Pacifying the Turmoil of the Mamos, Offering Prayer to Tsiu Marpo, from the Longchen Nyingthig (Heart-Essence of the Vast Expanse) and
Dukkar (texts related to Sitātapatrā, the “White Parasol”),
Sherab Nyingpo (The Heart Sūtra),
Sengdong (texts related to Siṃhamukhā),
Barche Lamsel (The Prayer that Removes All Obstacles from the Path),
Sampa Lhundrup (The Prayer to Guru Rinpoche that Spontaneously Fulfills All Wishes),
Dolma (Praises to Tara).
On the 19th day of the Tibetan calendar, the Tse Chok Chi Lu (Long Life Puja of the Ratna Lingpa tradition) will be performed as scheduled.
Today, on the 17th day of the Tibetan calendar, at 7:00 a.m., the Longchen Nyingthig (Heart-Essence of the Vast Expanse) ritual is being conducted, as shown in the accompanying photo.

དེ་བཞིན་ཞོགས་པ་ཆུ་ཚོད་ ༨ :༣༠ ནས་རྣམ་གླིང་གཞི་རིམ་སློབ་གྲྭའི་མཁན་སློབ་དགེ་བའི་བཤེས་གཉེན་ལྷན་འཛོམས་ཐོག་རྣམ་གླིང་གཞི་རིམ་སློབ་གྲྭ་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སློབ་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཤེས་ཡོན་ཡར་རྒྱས་གོང་འཕེལ་གཏོང་ཕྱོགས་དང་། འཛུགས་སྐྲུན་གསར་པ་གང་དགོས་མིན་ཐད་ལ་ཚོགས་འདུ་ཚོགས་གནང་ཡོད།

For the benefit of all sentient beings in general, and for the students of Namling Primary School in particular, the tradition of holding the morning assembly (Gyalwa Kun Gyi) is observed as a means to purify negativities and dispel obstacles and unfavorable conditions—for both the students and devoted benefactors.
Accordingly, the morning assembly for this year officially commenced at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
Furthermore, at 8:30 a.m., the Khenpos and Lopons of Namling Primary School convened for an important meeting. During this session, they discussed key aspects of school administration, explored ways to enhance the quality of education, and reviewed plans for future construction. The meeting reflected a shared commitment to the school’s continued growth and development.

On Wednesday April 22, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., In the participation of all the teachers and the faculty members of Yeshe Wodsal Sherab Raldri-Ling High School convened a meeting. This marked the first official conference of the year, focused on planning and organizing the 2026 routine activities of academic year.

In keeping with tradition, on Friday, April 21, the faculty members of the 2026 academic year at Yeshe Wodsal Sherab Raldri-Ling Junior High School delivered the inaugural lecture. The session highlighted the importance of cultivating virtuous qualities while consciously refraining from negative behaviors.

On the 2nd day of the 3rd Tibetan month, in keeping with the tradition of the staff transition and handover ceremony at Namling Primary School, a meaningful gathering was held this evening, Sunday, April 19.
During the ceremony, the Principal, Khenpo Sonam Chodrak, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all the teachers and staff of 2025, presenting them with tokens of appreciation in recognition of their dedication and service.
At the same time, newly appointed teachers and staff for the academic year 2026 were warmly welcomed with ceremonial white scarves (khatas), symbolizing good wishes as they stepped into their new roles at the school.
Likewise, The faculty members of academic year 2025 shared their reflections, as they spoke about their experiences and efforts, from the past year.

On the morning of Saturday, April 11, a meeting for the exchange of experiences was held at Namling Primary School in the presence of the former faculty members, along with the newly appointed staff and Lopens of this academic year, who gathered to share their insights and experiences.
