National Institute of Engineering, Mysore

The National Institute of Engineering (NIE) is one of the premier Engineering Colleges in India. Ramaswamy, D.V Narsimha Rao and T. Rama Rao.

It was founded even before the Country got its Independence in 1946 by 3 retired Engineers - S. It was the First private Engineering College in Mysore and the second in the State. It is now an Autonomous College offering B.E and M.Tech Degrees in various disciplines
